The Prospect Management Specialist works directly with Assistant Director of Prospect Management on overall pipeline development and portfolio management for University Relations division. This position will assist in identifying new prospects into the pipeline and gift officer portfolios. With established portfolios, the Specialist will assist in tracking prospects, moves management and database management of prospect information. The Specialist will also work on yearly goal planning and performance metrics tracking with the Frontline Development team. Qualifications\:Bachelor's Degree in relevant area of study and/or equivalent work experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, public administration, business administration, or applicable field.Minimum of 1 - 3 years combined experience and proven ability in one or more of the following\: Mission-based/Nonprofit Work, Philanthropy, Sales Coordination Support.
