Client Services Manager, DialogueDirect Fundraising

Full-Time Opening, Midtown Manhattan, NYC

Our efforts make a real and positive impact on the world, one donor at the time. We currently have an exciting opening on our leadership team for a Client Services Manager. The Client Service Manager’s role is to support organizational growth by providing strategic client direction, building new and maintaining current relationships, and ensuring that client projects are implemented according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

o Owning and proactively managing a portfolio of key client relationships

o Building trusted relationships with clients and their key contacts

o Ensuring all client service level agreements are met on time

o Creating weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and operations team

o Prospecting new potential clients and implementing business development plans

o Ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams

o Facilitating standard onboarding processes for new clients and resolving contract issues

o Attending regular face to face meetings with potential clients and evaluating their current needs

o Monitoring client budget expenditures and month end invoices

o Articulating the benefits of client services and our business model to clients

o Incorporating client initiatives, needs, and structures into formal account plans

o Collaborating with operations team to establish projections and monitor campaign performance

o Occasional travel is required (25%)


o Bachelor’s degree

o Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in client services or account management

o Effective communication, sales, marketing, and team skills

o Experience working closely with senior level management

o Experience managing budgets and contracts

o Advanced Excel skills and exposure to Waysact preferred

o Experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofits preferred

o Strong network and understanding of the nonprofit sector and landscape in the US

o Excellent public speaking skills and experience preparing and leading client presentations

o High level of professionalism and tact in resolving escalated client issues

o Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive strategic decisions
