\u003cli\u003eGenerate routine budget and financial reports to help monitor the program budget.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide contract management support activities, including drafting the initial\u0026nbsp;contract proposal language, completing the USIP contract template,\u0026nbsp;processing invoices, and monitoring payment of contractor services.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eComplete\u0026nbsp;administrative travel processes for domestic and international travel (e.g.,\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; travel authorizations, advances, cash request, vouchers and\u0026nbsp;reimbursements).\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCoordinate domestic and international travel and overnight accommodations for event participants.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eCoordinate\u0026nbsp;all logistical arrangements for program events, including reserving rooms,\u0026nbsp;developing invitations, ordering food and supplies,\u0026nbsp;arranging room set-up, and serving as the main point-of-contact for\u0026nbsp;attendees.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDraft and manage all agendas, scripts, movements, and talking points.\u003c/li\u003e
