Planned Giving Coordinator / Development Officer
Develop and maintain a planned giving program, including developing materials, identifying potential donors, developing ongoing relationships with donors.
Develop and implement a year-end giving program.
Develop and implement an employee giving program.
Provide administrative support and complete special projects as assigned.
Seek and promote stories that highlight the work of the Foundation.
Minimum of 3-5 years of related professional experience
Superior written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
Must be a self-directed, self-starting individual who can work with limited supervision and be available for a flexible schedule
Must be able to pass Background Study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services
An average of 20 hours a week; hours will vary depending on events and times of the year. Can be flexible for the right person to accommodate seasonal absences, which would mean more hours certain times of the year and no hours during seasonal absences.
Part time position includes: paid time off and 403b retirement plan.
