As the Resource Development Associate, you will help strengthen the philanthropic program of the organization through managing a portfolio of individual donors and assisting in the identification and solicitation of new individual donors; coordinating the planning, management, and implementation of special events; and overseeing marketing and communications initiatives, including collateral design, web site, electronic communication, social media, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate’s degree and a minimum of two years related experience or equivalent
Minimum of one year of fundraising experience preferred
Computer Skills: proficient with Microsoft Office, including Power Point, Excel and Word. Salesforce, WordPress, InDesign, Illustrator, Constant Contact experience a plus.
Familiarity with social media: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
