Job Overview:
The Smart Factory Philanthropy Program Strategy Consultant has a passion to execute an innovative call-to-action STEM educational program that aims to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive environment within our organization and community. The Program Strategy Consultant will support the Program Lead in driving the program's strategy to ensure success. The ideal candidate demonstrates a dynamic, agile skillset and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with demonstrable experience in consistently delivering high quality results. The highly impactful Program Strategy Consultant will drive to a mission critical strategy to uphold the integrity of the program - a first of its kind, multi-year philanthropic commitment made by Deloitte.
Job Responsibilities:
Support Program Lead to ensure integrity of Deloitte's brand and philanthropic commitment to The Smart Factory Philanthropy Program
Support and drive Program's mission, vision and strategic impact footprint
Assist with setting and driving mission critical strategy, including establishing a governance process for and with key Deloitte leaders
Build internal and external relationships that are key to the Program's success
Develop internal and external presentation materials supporting the Program's success that includes, but is not limited to, external and internal funding pitch packets
Assist in delivering to the financial budget
Facilitate the evaluation and reporting on key performance indicators to internal and external stakeholders
Support the development and enhancement of the Program's in-classroom teacher and student curriculum and training and cultivation strategies
Maintain a dynamic learning management technology portal utilized by external stakeholders, including education/school leaders
Facilitate the launch of a content and digital marketing strategy
Coordinate the production and delivery plan with the Smart Factory operations team and external warehousing and logistics partner
Own, organize, and execute program workplan
Ensure integration of the Program's start-up and long-term strategy within the broader Smart Factory business (e.g., mission, operations, marketing, public relations, etc.)
Skills and Qualifications:
2 years of experience
Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus
Prior client service excellence a plus
Ability to build cross-functional relationships with all levels within Deloitte and Ecosystem representatives
Ability to solve complex problems and deliver solutions
Able to prepare effective presentations or demonstrations in time constrained situations
Excellent team player who values collaboration and communication and is skilled working virtually with remote resources
Highly organized and detailed oriented with exceptional project management skills
Ability to think strategically and translate objectives and goals into actionable plans and deliverables
Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Majority remote, some travel may be required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $89,000 to $163,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
