The Assistant Director of Development, Campaign Strategies (aDOD), will contribute to this vision by participating in a commitment to key processes and programs that sustain an office-wide focus on collaboration, efficiencies and metrics-based outcomes. Additionally, the aDOD will have demonstrated success in coordinating high level projects that support campaign readiness. The aDOD will have demonstrated experience in supporting and implementing key initiatives with some direction, interacting effectively with colleagues, physicians/faculty, donors and prospects, and demonstrate an understanding of the spectrum of campaign readiness activity including report support, meeting logistics, presentation materials timeline creation and implementation with high attention to detail. The incumbent will have strong written and oral communications skills, exhibited through the development of successful communications.
