Job
Summary
Under the supervision of the Chief Development Officer, the
Coordinator of Annual Giving will collaborate on the planning, implementing and
managing of the Annual Giving Program, which generates income from a broad base
of donors. These efforts provide a base for other efforts, such as Major,
Capital and Planned Giving. This individual will also coordinate special
events.

protected health information: 1) Only as it applies to job functions, 2) in
amounts minimally necessary for intended purpose, 3) in a confidential manner.
Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Essential
Duties
Coordinate
Annual Giving Appeal:
Prepare annual giving promotional materials for
solicitation, acknowledgement, recognition items and premiums; produce and
oversee schedule of mailings. Compose and produce acknowledgement letters for Chief
Development Officer.Evaluate recognition for donors, including organizing
and implementing special events, including President’s Circle Dinner.Plan and coordinate employee appeal, community appeals
and other campaigns as assigned.Responsible for acquiring new donors, donor renewal,
cultivation and solicitation.
Manage
Fund Development Computer Data Base:
Oversee data systems, including gift processing, pledge
billing/receipting, acknowledgements.Assists in research and identification of donors.
','!*!QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Minimum
of baccalaureate degree (business, communications, marketing, liberal arts
field). Minimum of three years’ experience in annual giving or related fund
raising.
Licensure/Certification
Must possess a valid Nebraska Driver’s license and have
a driving record compatible with the requirements of SERMC.
