Superior group is looking for Fundraising/Participant Outbound Call Team Supervisor for our client located in White Plains, NY
This position is responsible for leading and coaching a team of Fundraising/Participant Outbound Call Specialists as they recruit and cultivate teams for the Making Strides against Breast Cancer walk.
In this role your focus will be to develop a group of Fundraising/Participant Outbound Call Specialists who will identify people inside of corporations and businesses that may have an interest in the issue of breast cancer, and would like to get involved with Making Strides against Breast Cancer.
The teams focus is on recruiting potential Team Leaders and inviting them to our kickoff event. After the kickoff Fundraising/Participant Outbound Call Specialists will continue to build relationships with these individuals by providing coaching, motivation, sharing recruitment strategies, and providing information to build their teams to reach their fundraising goals
This position requires that the Fundraising/Participant Outbound Call Team Supervisor lead their team so they provide a high level of customer service to support team development and fundraising utilizing a range of tools including websites and social media.

Perform all Specialist duties by being able to effectively recruit and coach Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Team Leaders to reach their team fundraising goals
Develop and manage a team who can effectively recruit and prospect for Making Strides against Breast Cancer Team Leaders by phone within a call center environment to fundraise and participate in various Making Strides against Breast Cancer events
Accurately track cultivation activities and fundraising progress using event database
Provide ongoing effective coaching, motivation and support to team members to ensure their Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Team Leader needs and expectations are met
Responsible for team’s quality during all phases of the project.
Will regularly perform quality assurance monitoring of their team members to ensure effective recruiting techniques are utilized, cultivation activities are entered correctly, and team members can quickly build rapport with Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Team Leaders as they fundraise leading up to the event
Responsible for your team’s progress in achieving their assigned Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Team’s fundraising goals and team leader goals
Responsible for personal team recruitment and cultivation goal
Responsible for ongoing communication with local event staff
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School or GED
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Fundraising/Participant Outbound Call Team Supervisor in a leadership or management position providing feedback or coaching to others
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with social media & web site navigation
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Previous outbound sales call, community outreach, customer service and tele-service industry experience
Comfortable spending 25% - 40% of each day on the phone recruiting with their team members
Possess excellent active listening
Maintain an excellent attendance record during this project
Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and motivation
Make effective decisions quickly
Strong customer service & sales skills
Prior experience working with volunteers
Prior experience working in a call center environment
