Join World Vision's dynamic Major Donor Ministries (MDM) team performing planning, budgeting and administrative tasks for with support related to the acquisition and cultivation of donors throughout the various moves of the fund-raising process. Coordinate multiple tasks of high priority while delivering exceptional customer service and good business decision making. Oversee confidential donor records and correspondence and help carry out our Christian organization\u2019s mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word and sign. Fund-raising Support: Monitor progress toward fund-raising goals, providing reports to leadership. Assist in the preparation of strategic plans. Document and track stages of gift cultivation, multi-year asks, and campaign sector activities, ensuring CRM, OSO and other reporting systems are properly updated. Monitor progress toward fund-raising goals, providing reports to leadership. Conduct ongoing donor research in order to identify giving patterns. Summarize and report findings for MDM Representatives. Participate in the tactical and strategic planning process for lead gift generation and implement\/coordinate various projects as assigned to help ensure key asks are effective. Liaise with various departments and individuals including Private Funding Team, TE Marketing, MDM Representatives and donors, promoting positive working relationships and influencing others for timely and optimal donor business solutions. Provide Vision Trip support, including serving as liaison between travelers, Vision Trip teams, and Travison. Assist with trip preparation and planning, including budget planning. Department Support: May monitor team budget to include preparation for fiscal year planning, tracking expenses and financial transactions throughout the year. Create expense report for senior area directors. Including regular monthly reports and all international travel related to Vision Trips. Provide customer service to internal and external business partners and donors. Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, coordinate conferences, and make travel arrangements for MDM staff. Facilitate the reconciliation of account stewardship and donor relationship issues. May maintain maintenance and service agreements for all office equipment, building, security, cleaning and grounds services. Keep Christ central in our individual and corporate lives. Attend and participate in the leadership of devotions, weekly Chapel services, and regular prayer. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Outlook Email, Blackbaud CRM, Concur Expense and travel system\u00a0 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong relationship builder Experience in Project Management tools and techniques Event Planning experience Successful experience supporting sales\/fundraising representatives- donor facing role Problem solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work well with remote team members
